Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the Conference Committees I have the honor and pleasure to invite you to take part in work of the forthcoming 16th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technology and Statistics in Economy and Education (ICAICTSEE-2026) which will take place ONLINE on October 8 – 10, 2026 at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia, Bulgaria. The conference is organized by the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Statistics. ICAICTSEE-2026 is a registred and sponsored official event of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP). IFIP is a leading professional & socially responsible ICT worldwide (video). The previous 15 conferences have gathered a significant number of participants from more than 30 countries, the result of which is nearly 1,300 published papers. The proceedings will be indexed by CEEOL. The ICAICTSEE conferences accumulate a growing popularity over time and now it is officially supported by 20 coorganizing universities and institutions from 14 countries.
